The London Mathematical Laboratory is an independent institute for scientific research based in West London. We provide a space for individuals to explore scientific and mathematical problems deeply in collaboration with colleagues, with a focus on challenging (or ignoring, if need be!) boundaries between scientific fields and between science, art and other human pursuits.
The LML Press is the publishing house of the institute. We published our first books in 2025. We aim to support authors engaged in projects linked to science or the arts, or any other area of interest for intellectually curious people.
